Terms of service
Last updated 4 October 2026
- Only test domains you own or manage.
- Our reports and assistant give you guidance. You're responsible for changes you make to your DNS and email settings.
- No tool can guarantee your email reaches the inbox.
- Pro renews yearly until you turn off renewal. Basic is a one-off purchase.
- GST is not applicable to our prices.
- Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use GoingToJunk.com or GoingToSPAM.com (the "service"), run by Digital Services International Pty Ltd (ABN 86 677 513 334) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or sending a test email, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Your account
- You must use an email address on the domain you want to test, and give us accurate details.
- You sign in with a code we email to you. Keep access to that inbox secure, and don't share sign-in codes.
- You're responsible for activity on your account.
Using the service
You may only test domains you own, or that you're authorised to manage. You must not:
- use the service to send spam, malware or misleading email, or to test email that impersonates someone else;
- create multiple accounts or use other tricks to get more free tests;
- overload, interfere with, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around its limits;
- use the AI technical assistant for anything other than your own domain's email and DNS settings.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Plans and prices
| Plan | What you get |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 test for each domain every 90 days |
| Basic | A one-off purchase of 30 tests on one domain, to use within 30 days |
| Pro | A yearly subscription with unlimited tests (fair use) on up to five domains, weekly monitoring and alerts, the AI technical assistant and 12-month history |
- Prices are shown in US dollars, or in Australian dollars for visitors in Australia. GST is not applicable, because we're not registered for GST.
- We sometimes offer a limited-time price. It's shown on the page with the time remaining, and the price you see when you buy is the price you pay. When an offer ends, the standard price applies.
- A Pro offer price applies to your first year only. Pro then renews at the standard yearly price shown when you bought.
- If we change our standard prices, the new price applies to Pro renewals only after we've given you at least 30 days' notice by email.
- "Unlimited" tests on Pro are subject to fair use. We may limit use that is far beyond what a business would normally need.
Renewal and cancelling
- Pro renews automatically each year until you turn off renewal. You can turn it off at any time, and Pro keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for.
- Basic doesn't renew. It covers one domain, and unused Basic tests expire 30 days after purchase.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund or other remedy. If something has gone wrong, contact us through our contact page. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights.
Reports and the AI technical assistant
- Reports are based on the test email we received and your domain's public DNS records at that time. Results can change as your settings or the mailbox providers' rules change.
- A good score improves your chances, but no tool can guarantee that email reaches the inbox. Mailbox providers also consider your sending history and how recipients respond.
- The AI technical assistant gives step-by-step guidance based on your report. It can make mistakes and screens at your DNS host or email service may look different. Check each step before you make a change.
- You're responsible for the changes you make to your DNS and email settings. If you're unsure, ask your IT provider before making changes.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost email. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or improve the service. If we remove a feature you've paid for, we'll offer you a fair refund for the unused time.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time through our contact page. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without good reason, we'll refund any unused time on a paid plan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll show the date at the top, and email you about significant changes before they apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Queensland.
